This past weekend, the city of Liverpool played host to Europe’s biggest wrestling convention, For The Love Of Wrestling.
It was a star-studded, packed weekend full of insightful interviews with wrestling icons. Meet and greets and photo ops.
The venue featured life size attractions and props including an Undertaker themed funeral parlour and Money In the Bank Ladder sets. There was also some great merchandise on sale including T-shirts, action figures, fan artwork and replicas of Championship Titles.
There were video games on free play to entertain children and fans alike, that was really great as fans got to play all kinds of wrestling games from the past, it was quite fun to play with other wrestling fans and have a good time.
The highlights of the weekend were certainly the meet and greets and the live Q&As featuring the wrestling legends. Ric Flair, nWo members Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and the man behind the nWo Eric Bischoff were all there sharing tales of the past, their favourite memories including matches, pivotal career moments and much more during interviews in the ring with Wrestling Travel.
2-time WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart was there discussing WWE SummerSlam 1992 which took place at Wembley Stadium in London and what that night meant to him, as well as other memorable nights and moments in his illustrious career.
