Another day has been added to Mr. Brainwash’s Art Show 2011, due to overwhelming demand.
Mr. Brainwash will open the doors to his Los Angeles exhibition for the last time on Sunday, January 8th. Come see the show before part of the building gets demolished! As usual, there will be free posters and postcards.
The show is located at 960 N. La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90038. Doors will open at 2pm on Sunday, January 8th.
Mr. Brainwash opened his anticipated exhibition, Art Show 2011, in an 80,000 square foot building in Los Angeles this holiday season.
Mr. Brainwash is renowned for his spectacular solo shows. His first ever exhibition in June 2008, Life is Beautiful, attracted over 50,000 people in Los Angeles.
Two years later, he had his New York solo debut with Icons, a 15,000 square-foot exhibition that was extended for nine months due to an overwhelming response.
More recently, he made a big splash with his solo show in Miami during Art Basel 2011, which attracted over one thousand attendees each day.
Mr. Brainwash achieved worldwide recognition with Banksy’s Oscar nominated film Exit Through the Gift Shop, as well as with his artworks for Madonna’s greatest hits compilation, Celebration.
