Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have taken the ‘most liked picture’ world record on Instagram with a shot of the pair smooching on their wedding day.
The picture shows the two celebrating their wedding day with a kiss and has 1.92 million likes so far on the social media platform, Instagram.
The picture was uploaded by Kim Kardashian on May 27th, who has 14 million followers of her own, and holds the caption of a single emoji of an diamond ring.
The wedding has become one of the most famous celebrity weddings and even with so many negative comments about the wedding becoming world wide news, it is apparent that it is interesting to people with the beating of a world record.
Kim and Kanyes wedding was a star spangled event with the Smith family turning up as guests. After Earth star Jaden Smith wore a full white Batman suit to the wedding, which definitely turned some heads.
A source at the wedding says,
“Will Smith‘s son Jaden wore a white Batman costume and ran around like a chicken with its head cut off from 8:30 p.m. until 10:25 p.m., batting glasses off tables whenever he came to an empty seat, smashing them on the ground. Vogue Italia’s editor in chief, Franca Sozzani, was getting irritated because he kept coming up behind her and throwing his cape over her head.”
The wedding was also a chance for Kim and Kanye to show just how Diva-ish they can be.
Some of the highlights of the wedding include:
-Kim was 25 minutes late to the ceremony.
-Although the wedding was held at Forti de Belvedere, the couple wanted the ceremony to be held at the top of a large hill, so a crane was brought in to lift everything to the top.
– Kanye originally wanted a special light installation to make the dance floor light up but on the day Kanye decided ”I’m in the center of this party, and I’m the only one people need to see. The rest of these people don’t need lights on them.” which lead to the team taking out all but one spot floor on the dance floor.
This also lead to Kim crying as the spotlight lit up her crotch.
Although some believe that the wedding shouldn’t have been front page news, it has become a world record breaker and has left most of us wishing we were a fly on the wall with some of the stories being released from the party.
