The weather has been really lovely lately, sun has been shining brightly here, we hope it’s been great wherever you are.
It is ACBA time again and this week we’re featuring The Walking Dead and this week’s shot is brought to you by Muhammad Nurullah aka Darkrider1463.
We reached out Muhammed to find out what inspired the creation of this cool shot and the following is what he told us:
“The photo is of Glenn and several zombies from The Walking Dead.”
“In the early comics, Glenn was the person who went on many of the supply runs, when Rick first fled the hospital Glenn saved him while on a supply run.”
“After the Season Finale of the show (which to me was a huge letdown) I started reading the books again from the beginning and was reminded on how much of a fan I was of comic book Glenn. In the photo I wanted to show Glenn in the middle of one of his supply runs, which had been sidetracked by a small group of zombies.”
“The figures are all Minimates, which I got from a fellow ACBA member, the highway guard rail and sign came from a Walking Dead McFarlane building set, the floor is from a landscape diorama I built, and the background is fluorescent orange paper with a light pointed at it to simulate a setting sun.”
